Wafers with Caramel Spread and Condensed Milk

You will need

  • 100 g wafers round or square
  • 1/3 sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 caramel spread

Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of Caramel Spread on a piece of waffle wafer. Make sure you go right to the edges. Layer it thick enough so that another waffle wafer will stick to it. Repeat.

  2. Alternate the Caramel Spread with sweetened condensed milk.

  3. Keep layering the waffle wafers with the Caramel Spread and sweetened condensed milk until you are happy with the height. I usually go 10-12 high for thin round wafers.

  4. Using a cutting board, press down lightly applying even pressure on top of the wafers to bind the layers together. Weight it down with something heavy, like a mortar and pestle and allow to set for at least for 2 hours. Refrigerate until you are ready to use.

  5. Slice it and serve with some berries or tea.
